- Location: Plots are located in sectors Mu, Sigma 3, Alpha 2, Pi One, Omicron One A, and Sigma 3. Connected to these sectors are the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) and the Yamuna Expressway, which connect Greater Noida to the ancient cities of Agra and Mathura. These industries would also be connected to the proposed Noida International Airport in Jewar.
- Size of Plot: The sizes of the plots range from 3,999 to 30,470 square meters (sq m). The plan would provide 99,000 square meters of land, according to the Greater Noida Authority.
- Cost: The reserve price ranges from Rs 48,438 to Rs 54,493 per square meter, depending on the land’s size and location. These five pieces of land will cost around Rs 500 crore in total at the reserve price.
- Allotment: Plots will be distributed through an online auction, the date of which has not yet been disclosed. The application deadline is 23 July. The first day of registration for the plan was 2 July. Interested applicants must submit their documents by 29 July.
