About YEIDA Launches 361 Plot Scheme
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has taken the initiative to launch YEIDA Plot Scheme which consist of 361 residential plots in different sectors which are 16, 18, 20 and 22D. The size of the plots range from 120 sqm to 4,000 sqm. There are 84 plots of 120 sqm, 77 plots of 162 sqm, 131 plots of 300 sqm, 40 plots of 500 sqm, 18 plots of 1,000 sqm, eight plots of 4,000 sqm and three plots of 200 sqm.
These plots are residual plots from the previous schemes. The plots will be going to be allotted through a draw of lots on September 20, which should be registered by paying 10% of the amount. Within 60 days the applicant has to pay the full amount. Under this scheme there is 17.5% reservation for farmers in each category and 5% for allottees of functional units in the industrial, commercial and institutional categories in the YEIDA area.
