About YSR EBC Nestham Scheme

Backward Class Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched YSR EBC Nestham Scheme which is a social empowerment scheme. The aim of the scheme is to increase the financial assistance for the women who belongs to Economically Backward Classes and falls between the age group of 45 to 60 years. The financial assistance of up to Rs. 45,000 will be provided in three phases. Rs. 15,000 per annum will be provided for a period of three years. With the help of financial assistance, the YSR EBC Nestham Scheme will create access to increase livelihood opportunities, income generation and wealth creation at household level. The female citizens of Andhra Pradesh state did not have to depend on anyone for their daily expenses under this scheme.
