The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, The Government of Uttar Pradesh has taken the initiative to launch Residential Plot scheme 2024 which is a similar scheme as launched last year successfully. So, to take advantage on the rising demand of plot scheme, Yamuna Expressway Authority has decided to launch affordable housing scheme by the month of September.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is expected to launch 6,000 plots under affordable housing scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport. These 6,000 residential plots measuring up to 30 square metres (sq m) are in different sectors which are 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22D. Along with this residential plots measuring 200 sq m and 4,000 sq m will be also available under the scheme. The cost of these plots has been fixed at Rs. 25,900 per sqm. The plots will be going to be allotted through a lucky draw which will be organized on September 20, 2024.

Registration Amount For YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme
- The registration amount for 120 square meter plot starts from Rs. 1,55,400 for SC/ST category and Rs. 3,10,800 for other categories. And the starting registration fee for a 4000 square metre property is Rs. 51,80,000 for SC/ST category and Rs. 1,03,60,000 for other categories.
Eligibility Criteria
To avail the benefits under the Scheme, candidates should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicants should be a permanent citizen of India.
- Age of the applicant should be 18 years old or above.
- Applicant shouldn’t have applied for any other state government housing scheme.
