About Yamuna Authority Scheme

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, The Government of Uttar Pradesh has taken the initiative to launch plot scheme 2024 which is a similar scheme as launched last year successfully. So, to take advantage on the rising demand of plot scheme, Yamuna Expressway Authority has decided to launch affordable housing scheme by the month of June-July after the Lok Sabha polls are finished. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is expected to launch 6,500 plots under affordable housing scheme near the upcoming Noida Airport at Jewar. Under this scheme the authority aims to sale 6,000 smaller plots measuring up to 30 square metres (sq m). Along with this residential plots measuring 200 sq m and 4,000 sq m will be also available under the scheme.

Latest Update 05 Aug – Date has been Extended Till 23rd August

The deadline for application to the residential plot scheme of Yamuna Authority Scheme has been extended. Applications will be accepted under the scheme till 23rd August. Additionally, the draw For  the scheme will now be rescheduled on 10th October instead of 20th September. In view of the demand from the applicants, YEIDA has decided to extend the application deadline. YEIDA also announced that the lottery draw will occur on 10th October 2024.
