For agricultural tubewell connections for agricultural consumers in the state, the Government of Haryana has launched Voluntary Load Disclosure Scheme. Under this scheme, the consumers has to deposit Rs. 100 per kilowatt to increase their load. Along with this, fee of Rs. 1,500 per BHP which is the usual service connection fee will be waived and the agricultural consumers load will be regularised without any penalty. About Voluntary Load Disclosure Scheme

Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Government of Haryana has come out with this initiative to launch Voluntary Load Disclosure Scheme under which the state government will support all the farmers of the state. The scheme will be in effect from July 1, 2024 to July 15, 2024. Consumers must settle all outstanding bills before applying for the scheme. It is optional for the applicants to reveal the details such as installed motor’s star rating or efficiency on the portal. Also there is no requirement to submit any terms and conditions form. However consumer has to submit a self-declaration form for the extended load along with the advance consumption deposit (security). The addition of load will be considered regular from the date of application when the applicant will deposit the required advance consumption deposit (security) through the corporation portal.
