U-WIN Portal

There is a vaccine available to stop 12 different illnesses. The U-WIN platform logs each and every immunization event for all pregnant women and their children under the Universal Immunization Programme (UIP). It is expected that by the end of August, the U-WIN portal, which was introduced across India to maintain an electronic registry of regular vaccinations, will look like the COVID-19 vaccine management system Co-WIN.

At present, U-WIN is being used in pilot mode by all states and Union territories, with the exception of West Bengal, which has not started uploading data. The U-WIN software keeps track of each immunization event for children and expectant mothers under the Universal Immunization Programme (UIP).
