About Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship
Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra has taken the initiative to introduce Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship. Under this scholarship program the department will provide financial assistance to SC students of class XI and class XII. The beneficiaries will receive the financial assistance of Rs. 300 per month for 10 months. This scholarship program will create an interest in learning among SC students. Under this scholarship program, the SC students who secured 75% or more than 75% marks in SSC examination and has taken admission in the class XI will get scholarship amount of Rs. 300 per month for 10 months for two years that is in class XI and class XII. This Scholarship will be given in addition to Government of India (GOI) scholarship and Freeship.
