Types of Training

Non-residential Leadership Development Training

The authorities will choose 25 village women who are interested in empowering themselves and who want independence. We’ll have 25 women in one batch. The 25 women in the batch should have completed class 10th; they make up at least 10% of all the ladies. This team will need to be at least class 5 proficient if the women are not educated. Residential Leadership Development Training

    • In a non-residential training program, the chosen lady will get economic empowerment and leadership training.
    • The implementing agency would create bank accounts for the women who did not have any and then transfer the stipend amount into those accounts.
    • Women should make up two thirds of the trainers involved in the payment.
    • The instructors should be able to impart their knowledge in the regional tongue.
  • Residential leadership Development Training
    • The guidance would be provided to the ladies at residential training facilities.
    • At least 25 women must be accommodated for boarding and lodging at the institute.
    • The training program will last for five days.
    • Every day will last seven hours, and each batch will include 25 trainees.
    • The organization must supply training materials printed in the language of the region.
    • The organization bears the task of ensuring that training dates are set to prevent conflicts with religious holidays and seasonal demand.
    • The program will pay for all training costs, and the trainee will also receive compensation for the length of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of the scheme is given below:

Agency Fees/Charges For Organization

  • Agencies must use the online application management system to submit proposals.
  • The organization will be entitled to an amount of Rs 6000 as agency fees for one batch of non-residential village or urban locality training for services rendered towards proper, timely and successful project implementation. The proposal should be for a minimum of five batches of training at the village or locality level.
  • One batch of trainees would be eligible to receive agency fees in the amount of Rs 15,000 for residential training.
