Commissioner of Land Records, Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken the initiative to launch the MP Bhulekh portal. The portal was launched by the state government on 4th August 2020. The aim of the portal is to bring about transparency and efficiency in land administration. Under this program citizens will be provided the the information such as Khasra, Khatauni, land details, land papers, land map etc. This portal allow the citizens to access land records and related services online.
Through this portal, candidates will be able to get the facility of land map, land records, population rights records, archives copy etc. for free from the comfort of their home. To get this information online, you don’t have to pay any fees. This will bring transparency and efficiency in land administration. Through this program the Revenue Department will be able to handle much larger quantities of information and other resources which results in achieving much higher accuracy levels with respect to information processing and delivery of services to the citizen which will eventually reduce the costs of all their processes.

To check Land Record on the portal, please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Khasra / Khatauni MP, MP Bhulekh copy is of 2 types, the first is a simple land record copy, and the second is a digitally signed land record copy, the difference is as follows:
- Simple Land Records Copy: To get this Bhulekh copy, the user does not need to do any kind of registration, and it is available for free on the portal, it can be used only for information purposes.
- Digitally Signed Land Records Copy: To get this copy, the user has to register themselves on the portal and also has to pay some fee and it can be used for government work.
- For simple land record copy you can follow the following steps given below by us:
- Visit the Official Website at mpbhulekh.gov.in.
- Click on “Land Records” option.
- On another page click on the “Yes” button under “Do you want to search Khasra in land records” option.
- Select district, tehsil and village, then on another page Khasra Khatauni MP will appear in three ways:
- By the name of the landlord
- MP Bhulekh by Khasra Number
- By plot number
- By selecting one of the three you can see Khasra Khatauni MP.

- First of all you have to register, you will find the window for registration in the right corner on the homepage of the portal, here you click on the option of Register As A Public User, and register yourself.

- Out of these, click on the option to download the land record copy.
- On another page, you can get a copy of your land by entering your Land Parcel Unq ID or ULPIN Number, if you do not have this, then you can also search land records and Khasra Khatauni by name.
- Information related to your land will appear in front of you, now select the type of Bhu Abhilekh MP here and click on the copy fee button.
- Finally, you will be told the fee for extracting Khasra, after paying it, you can get a digitally signed copy of MP Land Record .
