The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has taken this initiative to launch the Mahtari Vandan Yojana for the female citizens of the state. The scheme has been launched on February 4, 2024. The aim of the program is to make the women of the state self-dependent by providing them with financial assistance every month. Eligible women will receive financial assistance of Rs. 1000 per month directly into their bank account under this scheme. Financial assistance will be provided to those female candidates whose annual family income is less than Rs. 2 Lakh who don’t have any source of livelihood and who are above 21 years of age.
