The Government of Madhya Pradesh has launched Ladli Behna Yojana for the welfare of women across the state. Under this scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance to all the eligible women of the state. Now on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, the state government has launched Ladli Behna Yojana Raksha Bandhan Gift. Under this scheme, the state government will provide the additional financial assistance of Rs. 250, so from the month of August, the eligible women will receive the financial assistance of Rs. 1500 per month. About Ladli Behna Yojana Raksha Bandhan Gift
As women are always oppressed and have no freedom to live their life, keeping an eye on, the former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced the implementation of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana on 28 January 2023 for all the women of the state. This scheme is now running under current Chief Minister of MP Mohan Yadav. Under the scheme, the financial assistance per month will be provided to all the beneficiaries of the state. Under this scheme, the government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 1,250 to Rs. 1,500. This will be an essential step towards women’s health and nutrition and economic self-reliance.
Under this scheme, the financial assistance is provided to about 1.29 Crore poor women of the state. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan Rs. 250 will be transferred to the bank account of women on 1 August 2024. Then, the financial assistance of 15th installment will be transferred to the bank account on 5th August to 10th August 2024.
