The Government of Haryana State keeps coming out with various schemes for the students of their state so that there is development in the education department. This time Government of Haryana has launched the IT Saksham Yuva Yojanafor the youth who are unemployed. The aim of the scheme is to provide employment to at least 60,000 young individuals from poor families. Under this scheme the state government will provide employment to 5,000 youth in the first phase. The youth between the age of 21 to 35 years can apply for this scheme.

About IT Saksham Yuva Yojana

Chief Minister of Haryana State Shri Nayab Saini has taken the initiative to launch IT Saksham Yuva Yojana. Under this scheme, employment opportunity will be provided to the youths who are graduate or postgraduate from IT backgrounds. The primary objective of the scheme is to provide monthly financial assistance to the educated youngsters of the state. Under this scheme youth will be provided Rs. 20,000 salary per month for the first six months and after that Rs. 25,000 per month will be provided. If in case any youth is unemployed, the state government will provide an unemployment allowance of Rs. 10,000 per month.

The applicant should undertake the Haryana IT programme (specially designed short-term courses) for minimum of  three months, after which they will be employed in various departments, boards, corporations, districts, registered societies, etc., in Haryana or private entities.

Eligibility Criteria

To avail the benefits under the Scheme,you should satisfy the following requirements, which are as follows:

• Applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana State.
• The applicant should be registered in the employment exchange.
• It is mandatory for an applicant to pass the level of post-graduation.
• Applicants between the age of 21 and 35 are eligible for the scheme.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs. 3 lakhs.

Application Procedure For IT Saksham Yuva Yojana

To apply for the scheme, please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Visit the Official Website at hrex.gov.in.
• Select “Free Job Seekers Registration” option.
• Then select, “Proceed with Registration” after going through the instructions and guidelines.
• You will be redirected to a five-page form. Fill out the form and click on “save” button.
• You are now registered under the scheme.
• In 15 days of online registration, you will need to submit all the documents.
• After that, you have to go to Saksham Yuva Page.
• A new form will pop up, and fill the form and submit it to complete the application process.
