The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has taken the initiative launch the Greater Noida Authority Commercial Plot Scheme. Under this scheme the authority intends to sell the 12 commercial plots located in four different areas of Greater Noida. These plots can be used to build malls, commercial building and other retail places. Altogether reserve price for these 12 commercial plots will be about Rs. 1,014 Crore. The registration process for this scheme has been started from June 26, 2024 and will end on July 16, 2024, however the processing fee must be paid by July 19, 2024. About Greater Noida Authority Commercial Plot Scheme
The commercial plots are available between the range of 3,600 to 10,600 square meters. There are 12 commercial plots available in four different areas under which three plots are in Sector 10, five plots are located in Sector 12, three plots are in Sector Delta 1 and one plot in Sector 1. Beneficiaries can build up to 400% of the plot area as the Floor Area Ratio is fixed up at 4. The permission to cover the ground is up to 40% and the entire process will be done online. Under this scheme the reservation price for the commercial plots is Rs. 90,821 per square meter, so the total cost of 12 plots will be about Rs. 1,014 Crore. Applicant should pay 10% of the reserve price as registration money. Winner will have the option to pay the total amount within 90 days of receiving the allotment letter and get a 2% discount or winner can pay 40% amount within 60 days and the rest amount in six equal half-yearly installments over three years.
