- First, the person needs to lodge an FIR against the stolen mobile phone.
- Visit the Official Website at ceir.gov.in.
- Then on homepage click on “BLOCK STOLEN/LOST MOBILE” under “CEIR SERVICES” option.
- Form will appear on your screen.
- Fill the form with the required information as asked in the form such as mobile number 1, IMEI 1, Device Brand, Device Model and upload invoice under “Device Information”, then fill the “Lost Information” column and “Mobile Owner Personal Information” column and upload the Police complaint.
- Enter the alternate mobile number and click on “Get OTP” button.
- Enter the OTP you have received and click on “Submit” button to complete the process.
