• The applicant must live in karnataka.
• The applicant’s annual family income is limited to rupees 32,000.
• Those living in poverty or hailing from undeveloped areas are the primary beneficiaries of this effort.
• Applications for the plan are not accepted from migrants.
• Those who are below the federal poverty level (BPL) and unable to work toward home ownership are qualified.
• SCs or Schedule Classes may apply.
• The program is available to the remaining Backward Classes (OBCs).
